Thirteen years ago, we lost one of our own. Our NYPD 1st Precinct brother, Police Officer Artur “Artie” Kasprzak, drowned off-duty while rescuing his family from the Superstorm Sandy floodwaters in his Staten Island home. We will always honor his legacy and vow to #NeverForget

Today marks the 24th year of this tragic day where many lives were lost. We mourn with you all and know that we will #NeverForget911
