Using longitudinal RNA-seq & ATAC-seq, we realized that Neurogenin differentiation of pluripotent stem cells activates MANY other TFs. But are ALL of them needed for successful neural differentiation? 🧠 How do we figure out which ones are required? ⚙️ Perturbations, of course!
