My Brothers Snow & ice = slow down. Serve your wife. Be with your family. Call your parents. Check on the elderly and the disabled and friends. Charity starts at home. None of us is promised tomorrow. May Allah protect everyone and accept our good deeds.

None of us are getting any younger. Life passes like a single, fleeting moment. Instead of striving to impress the world, focus on becoming a better human being—and on setting a living example for your spouse, your children, and your family. Long before reputations are formed in public, they are established at home. I heard more than one of our elder scholars say: the people who truly know a person are their family. Few short and concise statements are more powerful—or more accurate. Show up for them every day. They are worth it. They matter most. Be bright, radiant souls who illuminate the lives of those closest to them—those who feel your presence not through words, but through consistency, warmth, and care. Show your children what a loving, dignified marriage looks like. Do not coast through marriage or parenthood on autopilot. Do not take blessings for granted, for blessings are withdrawn when entitlement replaces gratitude. To be genuine as a spouse and a parent requires intention, presence, and self-awareness. It means caring about the small things. It means paying attention to details that others overlook. What you are building is precious—and it deserves the effort. Build a legacy so honorable that your great-grandchildren will speak of your marital relationship with affection and pride. Know that you are a pioneering generation, navigating a vast wilderness of opportunity and trial. You are not wandering aimlessly—you are charting paths where none existed before. Guide your flock with vigilance and mercy—away from valleys where predators lurk and danger lies concealed, and toward high ground where faith, dignity, and safety are preserved. May Allah protect our Muslim households, make them sanctuaries of warmth and joy, shield them from fitnah and calamity, and reunite us with our loved ones in everlasting gardens. إنه ولي ذلك والقادر عليه، إنه على كل شيء قدير وبالإجابة جدير

[القلب اللين والقلب الغليظ] قال شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية رحمه الله: فإن القلب إذا كان رقيقًا لينًا كان قبوله للعلم سهلاً يسيرًا ورسخ العلم فيه وثبت وأثَّر، وإن كان قاسيًا غليظًا كان قبوله للعلم صعبًا عسيرًا. مجموع الفتاوى ٣١٥/٩

معراج النبي ﷺ إلى ربه، وبلوغه السماء السابعة، وكلامه مع ربه، من أعظم الأدلة على علو الله تعالى على خلقه، وأن الله موصوف بالكلام حقيقة. وإن تعجب!! فعجب ممن يبتدع الاحتفال بالإسراء والمعراج، وينكر علو الله تعالى، وينفي صفة الكلام عن الله حقيقة!!!

[المعاصي نارُ النعم] قال الإمام ابن القيم رحمه الله: (وبالجملة فإنّ المعاصي نارُ النعم تأكلها، كما تأكل النارُ الحطبَ. عياذًا باللَّه من زوال نعمته وتحويل عافيته). طريق الهجرتين ٥٨٩/١

IKHLAAS! (Sincerity to Allah) How often do we find ourselves in the most complex & intricate of problems in life? Yet the solution has been made easy by Allah: ikhlaas, sincerity. Move forward seeking the pleasure of Allah alone, no one else.

♨️[من #المعوقات التي تصد الناس عن العلم]♨️ 🔷 يقول شيخنا العلامة #ربيع_بن_هادي_المدخلي- رحمه الله تعالى-: «من المعوقات التي تصد الناس عن العلم: أن يتصدى للعلم الأصاغر والعياذ بالله، من علامات الساعة: أن يلتمس العلم عند الأصاغر، عند الأحداث، يتعلم قليلا فإذا به يرى نفسه عالما، والإنسان هو صغير مسكين يرى نفسه بلغ النهاية، ويتصدر، ويأتيه الجهال، ويلتفون حوله، وينقطعون عن العلماء –والعياذ بالله-، فهذا من علامات الساعة، من أشراط الساعة: أن يَترك الناسُ العلماءَ، كبارَ العلماء، ويذهبون ويأخذون عن الجهال الأصاغر المتعالمين، فهذا من البلاء. ويقول عبد الله بن مسعود- رضي الله عنه-: (لايزال الناس بخير ما أخذوا العلم عن كبارهم وأمنائهم وعلمائهم).اهـ ◀️ تأمل هذا الكلام "وإذا أخذوا العلم عن صغارهم هلكوا"، فهذا من المعوقات الكأداء في طريق العلم.» 📚 "#عوائق_في_طريق_طالب_العلم"، للشيخ ربيع المدخلي-رحمه الله- (صـ ٣١-٣٣) #العلم

Its clear. Salafis want ilm & ulamaa, knowledge & scholars to clarify for them. They want teachers who have spent real time at the feet of scholars, to share knowledge & manners. They are sick of social media controversy, false accusations & obnoxious egotism. Al-hamdu lillah.

When you see someone being tested with any type of hardship, be grateful to Allah for not being tested in such a way. This gratitude is a Sunnah & there is a specific supplication to say to have this gratitude on your tongue & to be protected by Allah from such a trial.

We are required to stop our brothers when they transgress. Remember the hadeeth which means: "Aid your brother, whether he oppresses or is oppressed." Think carefully about your betrayal when you are too weak or shy to show real love & concern by telling your brother, "No, let's not take this course of action. Let's rethink this. Let's consult our scholars, etc." Consider that your weakness & failure to uphold real brotherhood contributes to his corruption. You empower a transgressor & enable him. When you fail to step in, your shyness or weakness is truly harmful, and all people involved suffer. If it is someone involved in da'wah, it harms the da'wah & the people who carry it. It harms the transgressor & his victims. Look how transgressions snowball, from minor violations of the rights of students of knowledge, eventually into open attacks on the scholars. People who love this da'wah: Man up, seek Allah's Assistance, & speak with the noble words which Allah commands His believing worshippers to say: يا أيها الذين آمنوا اتقوا الله وقولوا قولا سديدا "O you who believe! Have taqwaa of Allah & speak with words of truth, firmly grounded & to the point..." May Allah bless the tongue & pen of every sincere advisor & the heart of every erroneous person being advised. May Allah save us from transgression & terrible trials & may He grant us firmness & steadfastness upon what He loves.

The void left by our beloved teachers, Abu Uwais (USA) & Abu Talhah (UK) رحمهما الله, needs compensated for by hard work, consistent efforts, humility & sincerity. Not fluff & pageantry. May Allaah aid, strengthen & bless the callers to Islam & students of knowledge in the West.
