First full session at the Nebraska Strength Coaches Clinic listening to @MB1_Bergen and this line from Alan Bishop (Houston Basketball) stood out: “Health drives performance.” Strength coaches are responsible for increasing performance while reducing injury risk. Which raises an important question: How can we do more than just talk about sleep in order to promote athlete health? Sleep, recovery, nutrition, hydration, those habits drive availability. @NebStrength #NebStrength
