1. Andrew Kolvet confirmed he passed Charlie's texts that suggested foreign involvement to Joe Kent.
2. Joe Kent was actively prohibited from running down the leads on foreign involvement.
That is a cover-up. And where there is a cover-up, there is a conspiracy. It's that simple. No need to over-think it.
Kolvet thought he was helping his allies throw Joe Kent under the bus. What he actually did was to inadvertently confirm there was a plot to ass*ssinate Charlie. #WHOOPS
