These challenges can feel overwhelming, and it’s vital we talk openly about mental health in our farming communities. If you’re struggling, please know that help is out there. Charities like the @samaritanscymru, @rabicharity and @dpjfoundation are here to listen and support you. Reaching out is a sign of strength. You are not alone.
