Watch using the company @netsolcares. I have had a relationship with them for 20+ years. I noticed an email that said they are renewing services I never signed up for at a cost of $500. I have asked for a refund, and they refused. Net Solutions does not care.

@netsolcares @iPage At what point does a “confirmed refund” actually get processed to your customers pls? $737 owed by ipage now @netsolcares , acknowledged Feb 13. Still unpaid 5+ weeks later. Repeated delays. No accountability. Now receiving irrelevant billing emails.

@netsolcares cancelled my Google Workspace account during their “seamless” merger with iPage. I paid for a full year in May. They admitted it was their mistake & can’t fix it, but they’re refusing to refund my money for the 3 months I had left on the service THEY cancelled!!!
