@newlook A bit pointless I went online and was told about 40 minutes to talk to a human on chat. Not great really. Do you use Evri for delivery - only because they are by far the worst delivery courier in the world and always lose/deliver to wrong place/leave parcels in the bin etc

@newlook I ordered a skirt & had the email to say it had been dispatched. Today it was due to arrive, but I got an email saying a refund was being generated 😳. Why?? Called the branch, it had been sent to the wrong one! Why no re-delivery? 😡
