Three things that will help you fight ad fatigue Creative volume. → One winning ad can't carry your account forever → More ads in rotation means more winners ready to step in when your current ones fatigue → If your account depends on 2-3 ads you're one bad week away from disaster Creative velocity. → How fast can you produce and test new creative? → Slow velocity means scrambling when winners die → Fast velocity means fresh creative is always ready before you need it Creative execution. → Volume and speed mean nothing without intention behind every ad → Each ad should test something specific - an angle, a hook, a format → Random creative without strategy just burns money faster This is the cycle that keeps accounts scaling: → Test new creative weekly → Find winners and move them to scaling → Keep testing while they run → When they fatigue the next batch is already waiting The brands that get stuck are the ones that find winners and stop testing. Then 4 weeks later everything fatigues at once and they're scrambling.
