@tvitone1 I'm not certain at all but you saying that you deleted limit rotation made me think it perhaps might be caused by the new behaviour? docs.blender.org/manual/en/late… It's the legacy behaviour option. Also not sure it's not already enabled by default for older files.

...and deleted drivers from the head bone. If anyone is certain how please provide info below. (2/2)

About my models (and others') blowing up in blender 4+ (imported with diffeo from daz)... It definitely has to do with the facial bones. I fixed one of my mine but I'm not sure how exactly. I deleted all limit location/rotation bone constraints and (1/2)
