Concrete pours are underway on the 1st and 2nd floors of Area A. At the same time, crews are installing roof joists and decking above the gymnasium and locker room spaces. Underground utility work and CMU wall construction remain active across the project.

The future of @D57Lincoln is coming together fast! Here’s a look at what’s happening on site this week.

Students connected with our team to explore the many career paths within the construction industry, toured the newly completed Tensuke Market & Food Court, and got a firsthand look at ongoing work on the new multifamily residential buildings.

We love inspiring the next generation of builders! Last week, we had the privilege of hosting students from @District214's Practical Architecture Construction (PAC) Program at The VUE-Elk Grove Village.

Outside, we're wrapping up the building’s siding and installing the upper-level windows. Around the site, sidewalks, curbs, and the future playground are all making steady progress. Inside, ceiling grid installation is underway, and concrete sealing will begin soon.

The new Early Childhood Center for Skokie School District 68 is going to be an incredible space for students and staff! The beautiful design from @strpartners is really starting to show.

A new destination for ice sports is coming to @CityofWestfield, and the Nicholas Family of Companies is proud to help bring it to life. We’re excited to share that we’ve been selected as the developer for the new Westfield Ice Facility!

The new auditorium is taking shape at @MONROECUSD200! With the walls of the auditorium now complete, our team is installing roof steel across the structure and surrounding parts of the addition. Masonry crews will begin work on the exterior walls next week.
