Hey there. Never the experience we like to see. Try these troubleshooting steps for us and let us know if it worked for you. Go into your phone's general settings, go to your browser settings, clear cookies and cache from your device. After doing that, log out of your apps and double check they are fully updated, update if needed. Log back in and try again. While you are taking those steps, send us your Nike Member email, so we can take a closer look from our end.
