مع تحرير الخرطوم ودخول المنازل قد يجد البعض جثث متحلله عليه وجب التوضيح: 🛑 حكم غسل الميت المتحلل : فإذا لم يعلم بالميت إلا بعد مدة بحيث تعفنت جثته، فإنه يجب تغسيله حسب الممكن، ولو بصب الماء عليه من تحريك، فإن عجز عنه، فإنه ييمم كما تقدم، ويكفن، ويصلى عليه، ثم يدفن، ولا يجوز دفنه قبل أداء حقه من غسله وتكفينه والصلاة عليه، وليس ما ذكر من تعفن جثته مسقطا للواجب في حقه من التغسيل ونحوه. غسل الْمَيِّت وَاجِب بِإِجْمَاع الْأمة " . فإذا تمكن المسلمون من غسل ميتهم وجب عليهم غسله ، ثم يكفن ويصلى عليه ويدفن . وإن لم يتمكنوا من غسله لأن الغسل يقطعه صبوا عليه الماء ، فإن لم يتمكنوا من ذلك أيضا يمموه بالتراب ، وإن أمكنهم غسل بعض أعضائه أو إفاضة الماء عليها دون البعض : غسل ما أمكن منها ، أو صُب عليها الماء ، ثم ييمم لباقي أعضائه. قال ابن قدامة رحمه الله في "المغني" (2/ 402) : " الْمَجْدُورُ، وَالْمُحْتَرِقُ ، وَالْغَرِيقُ : إذَا أَمْكَنَ غسْلُهُ ، غُسِّلَ . وَإِنْ خِيفَ تَقَطُّعُهُ بِالْغُسْلِ : صُبَّ عَلَيْهِ الْمَاءُ صَبًّا، وَلَمْ يُمَسَّ . فَإِنْ خِيفَ تَقَطُّعُهُ بِالْمَاءِ : لَمْ يُغَسَّلْ ، وَيُيَمَّمُ ، إنْ أَمْكَنَ ؛ كَالْحَيِّ الَّذِي يُؤْذِيه الْمَاءُ . وَإِنْ تَعَذَّرَ غُسْلُ الْمَيِّتِ لِعَدَمِ الْمَاءِ : يُيَمَّمُ . وَإِنْ تَعَذَّرَ غُسْلُ بَعْضِهِ دُونَ بَعْضٍ : غُسِّلَ مَا أَمْكَنَ غُسْلُهُ ، وَيُيَمَّمُ الْبَاقِي ، كَالْحَيِّ سَوَاءً " انتهى . اللهم ارحم موتانا وموتى المسلمين
