Trump’s FCC has gone to extraordinary lengths to silence dissent & undermine the free press. The approval of the Nexstar-Tegna merger will only hurt local journalism & raise prices for consumers.

TEGNA owned 9News when I left work on Friday to stay home with the kids this week. I'll be returning on Monday to a Nexstar-owned station. The FCC and DOJ approved Nexstar's acquisition of TEGNA today. Nexstar also owns Fox31.
