@kapricult its just error diffusion dithering w/ som effects :3 i did a tiny bit of blur > noise > and then clamped the values back to pure b&w using curves o and the starter image had an off-white bg so that the dither algorithm would create those patterns everywhere

@nulethegoat like its not hand dotted its like halftone effect so i thought different areas were selected and differently toned
