All library locations will close today, Oct. 8, at 3 p.m. and will remain closed Wednesday, Oct. 9, Thursday, Oct. 10, and Friday, Oct. 11, due to Hurricane Milton.

Orange County Library System will be closed on Sunday, April 5 in observance of Easter. The library will resume normal hours on Monday, April 6.

Due to street closures for the Immerse Fest in downtown Orlando, Orlando Public Library will close at 3 p.m. on Friday, Feb. 20 & Saturday, Feb. 21. Orlando Public Library will resume normal hours on Sunday, Feb. 22. All other library locations remain unaffected by this change.

Orange County Library System will be closed Sunday & Monday, January 18 & 19 in observance of Martin Luther King Jr.'s birthday. The library will resume normal hours on Tuesday, January 20.

Orange County Library System will be closed Wednesday & Thursday, December 31 & January 1 in observance of the New Year's holiday. The library system will resume normal hours on Friday, January 2.

Orange County Library System will be closed Wednesday & Thursday, December 24 & 25 in observance of the Christmas holiday. The library system will resume normal hours on Friday, December 26.

OCLS will close at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, November 26 and will remain closed Thursday & Friday, November 27 & 28 in observance of Thanksgiving Day. The library will resume normal hours on Saturday, November 29.

Orange County Library System will be closed Friday, November 7 for staff Development Day. The library system will resume normal hours on Saturday, November 8.

The South Trail Branch will be closed for minor improvements starting Monday, October 27. The location is expected to reopen for regular business hours on Monday, November 10. While the location is closed, customers may still return items using the book drop.

The Orange County Library System will be closed Sunday, August 31 & Monday, September 1 in observance of Labor Day. The library system will resume normal hours on Tuesday, September 2.

The Eatonville Branch will be closed for bathroom renovations from Sunday, August 17, through Monday, September 1. The branch will reopen on Tuesday, September 2.

The Orange County Library System will be closed Friday, July 4 in observance of Independence Day. The library system will resume normal hours on Saturday, July 5.

The Orange County Library System will be closed Thursday, June 19 in observance of Juneteenth. The library system will resume normal hours on Friday, June 20.
