@BlankSamuel Even WDAS had decades at the bottom after Walt passed. Lasseter leaving and more competition in the market changed things quickly for Pixar and it takes awhile to find it again. But again how many layoffs can they really sustain?

@ogorangebird Also my guess alot of artists are staying and it other types of jobs that are leaving like as great as pixar is people have a certain expectations from them like how Disney animation was struggling in the 2000s on a much worse level also i saw they were planned layoffs from April

@BlankSamuel Yeah, I agree it sucks to have people lose their jobs again. Pixar has been through so many rounds of layoffs recently Disney and Pete need ti make it clear what the path forward is.

I love the parallels of both these stories. “Oppenheimer” was partly based on the book “American Prometheus” so you see the same themes carry throughout Nolan’s work here.

@FlyinBlueRodent I think Watts was a fun choice for Homecoming and that story…..he delivered what he set out to make. I think for the sequels Marvel should have looked elsewhere. That’s also how I felt about the Ant Man movies too.
