This International Women’s Day, amplify our demand for an acceleration of progress. Today, we join with our global community and raise our voices to advocate for action in the fight to end this injustice.

Women with fistula live in a state of perpetual crisis. Their world is shattered by the trauma, strain, and symptoms of their injury. Many have nowhere to turn and most will never access care or support.
