pH1 Release Party Friday!! What: pH1 Release Event When: Friday, July 24th at 5pm Where: @ocmousetrap Details: Line will begin on the brewery side at 4:45pm. Regardless of whether you are there for pH1 draft, pH1 bottles to-go, or both, you’ll need to stand in that line.

@getFermentIQ @ocmousetrap Beer for golf, a wit with lemon and tea, we’ve been making for about 6 years now, so the peach was a pretty safe addition since we know how the tea plays in a wit beer.

Peach Beer for Golf releases today @ocmousetrap at noon in 16oz 4pks to-go. Just a heads up that we haven’t tapped it yet, but draft will be coming in the next week or so.

Continuing our lineup of seasonal @OffcolorBrewing offerings, we’re back again with Beer for Superdawg Yuzu Sour Ale, sold at @SuperdawgWheel! This sessionable Berliner Weiss with Yuzu is tart, refreshing, and is quite simply delicious. Think big adult lemonade energy.

Today is the day. But before the fun, we want to take a moment to recognize all the amazing breweries who started, and kept alive, this crazy pH1 story that we’re still in disbelief that we somehow get to be part of.

Just a couple of our buds checking out the barrel.

There are a limited number of pH1 bottles available for on-site consumption at the taproom today. Wouldn’t expect them to make it to tomorrow.

pH1 update! To-go bottles and draft are completely sold out as of 6pm. There will be bottles available for on-site consumption the rest of the evening.

And, of course, much gratitude to our good friend Cory King and @SideProjectBrew for entrusting us with this piece of history for a short moment. We’re looking forward to everyone getting to try the beer today or enjoy down the road at the appropriate moment.

Our third variant in the Yuzu Fierce trilogy is inspired by a popular Japanese condiment, Yuzu Kosho paste. We take our base Berliner Weiss and give it a hit of yuzu, salt, and shishito peppers. The end result is a little tart and citrusy, a little spicy, and a lot refreshing.

Inspired by the German tradition of serving Berliner Weisse with a shot of fruit juice, Blueberry Yuzu Fierce is a fresh twist on our acidic wheat beer. Pumped with blueberry juice, it pours deep ruby red & has notes of blueberry lemonade Italian ice with a cleansing tart finish.

All the Yuzus are now available at the taproom in 4pks to-go! Yuzu Fierce is batch soured with our house Lactobacillus strain before being pasteurized & fermented with farmhouse ale yeast. Post fermentation, yuzu & calamansi are added to the fermenter for a quick refermentation.

Heads up: We expect draft to run out quickly, but 375ml bottles will also be available cold for on-site consumption for $20 each all night.

While supplies last, each person in line will be offered the opportunity to purchase 2 (two) 375ml bottles to-go & a ticket for a 6oz draft pour of pH1. You’ll receive your pH1 pour by turning in ticket at the bar. Price: 375ml bottles to-go - $18. Draft pours - $10 for 6 ounces.
