TL;DR 10 shoulder pain myths will keep you stuck: 1/ Chronic pain = injury 2/ It’ll go away with time 3/ Rest = recovery 4/ Pain is the problem 5/ Stretches fix tight shoulders 6/ If PT didn’t work, nothing will 7/ I just need the right exercises 8/ Pain free = done 9/ More = better 10/ Strength fixes all

#9) “More = better” Adding more band work or exercises, when your body is already struggling, will not speed things up. It just adds noise & slows progress. #10) “Just get stronger” Raw strength without high-quality movement is high-risk under load. Poor movement will destroy your body, even if you are strong.
