#9) “More = better”
Adding more band work or exercises, when your body is already struggling, will not speed things up. It just adds noise & slows progress.
#10) “Just get stronger”
Raw strength without high-quality movement is high-risk under load. Poor movement will destroy your body, even if you are strong.
