This cycle is far from over. I’ve seen far worse (and more suddenly) last cycle, just as others before me saw much worse the cycle before that. Do not give up - double down on fundamentals. With blockchain being taken more seriously by governments & the rise of AI agents, it’s clear to me that RWA, DAO, and Agentic infrastructure will have their big moments as we build back towards ATHs. Luckily the @InvArchNetwork is positioned to specialize in 2 of these areas while also complementing the 3rd. The governance of resources, and enabling AI to assist, is where blockchain will really shine this cycle. 🧠

The state of technology moves quickly. To be considered relevant, or even as much as the face of mass adoption, are often fleeting achievements for most projects. First, Uniswap blew up and “the future of finance” was on Ethereum. Then, Pumpfun became a global casino and “the future of finance” was on Solana. I remember (and miss) when NFTs were the future, WAGMI culture was in full force, and it was common to meet people at bars that swore SHIB would go to $1 - great times, but also fleeting moments when you really zoom out. The next big thing is always hidden around the corner. At the same time, success can creep up out of nowhere to those who aren’t paying attention. Strong fundamentals mixed with patience & conviction often prove fruitful. Bitcoin was heavily dismissed by the U.S. government, but then went on to become a part of the country’s strategic reserve. Ethereum was turned down by the biggest Silicon Valley VCs, but then went on to catalyze the largest application & digital services renaissance of the modern era. Even Ripple was seemingly dismissed by the masses of the blockchain industry and viewed as a meme to many, but then went on to blastoff & become the 3rd largest blockchain industry the world by market cap. The key takeaways from all of this are that success today does not guarantee success tomorrow, and that while it’s possible for a project to seemingly blow up overnight, they can fade away just as abruptly. Blockchain’s primarily host & execute smart contracts, block by block. With JAM, we will see a blockchain than can host anything from an entire video game like DOOM to an ownerless rendition of YouTube or Facebook. • PVM out performs every other VM in the industry. Using RISC-V, it’s built for unparalleled processing speeds & throughput. Even better, it’s fully compatible with Solidity - anything the EVM (or SVM) can to, the PVM can do better. • @gavofyork has consistently pushed a vision for a transparent, trustless, and private future, one free of corrupt bureaucrats & trusted centralized institutions - a future where the everyday person takes ownership over everything from their assets & data to their voice in governance. After what started as a tough week, I’ve never been as excited for the future of the @InvArchNetwork as I am today. We’re days away from the launch of the new InvArch Portal for creating & managing DAOs, we have an entire MPC protocol waiting in the shadows, and @TinkerGabe is casually solving for blind-signing with passkey generated smart accounts (like a boss). We’re about to bust our asses harder than ever before - non stop hustle, non stop grinding, non stop shipping. To all of our supporters & everyone out there rooting for our success, I promise you that we won’t stop until the job is done!

Another strong day here at @EthereumDenver - and another strong day for the InvArch team! 💪 We’re back at the Blockspace Mansion by @joinwebzero coding up the new @InvArchNetwork Portal & networking with the @Polkadot community. It’s good to feel at home again.

First we launch the portal, then we constantly improve & expand on the features available for DAOs. WE WILL make InvArch the most powerful platform for launching & managing DAOs. 💯

Our only focus is on the @InvArchNetwork. We made a decision around 6 months ago to explore launching a new chain outside of the Polkadot ecosystem - this was a mistake. So, I’m here to clarify that there is no second project & that our only focus is on InvArch and @Polkadot. While InvArch may had never left the ecosystem, turning our focus away from it is something I deeply regret. Over the past 3 years, we have worked tirelessly to build the InvArch Network. We are still lacking a proper UI for users to use our tech, but this is being worked on as we speak and is our absolute top priority. Under the hood, we have built out so many powerful protocols: DAO Management, DAO Staking, Substrate-based MPC, and a novel account abstraction model superior to that of NEAR’s. It’s been frustrating, especially for our supporters, not having a solid frontend to harness the powerful tech that we’ve built - but this won’t be the case much longer (expect a video demo update within 24hrs). We should have never veered off track and we should have done a lot more to ensure a better $VARCH token launch. I take full accountability for this. I have slept very little this past week, focused on getting everything back on track. Many in the ecosystem that I’ve spoken with the de past few days are happy to hear we’re bringing our focus back home, but I also understand that there will be some who are hesitant to welcome us back. I apologize to anyone that we have let down or disappointed, but please know that we’re dedicated to making things right - and that we will. The success of InvArch, getting products out the door, and the strength of our ecosystem are all that matters to us. We are building, we are hustling, and this is far from over! 💯
