@onekingslane how long does it take for Cust Serv to respond. Sent note about my return on 7/14, 7/17 and no response. I need a 2nd return label for my order. You only sent one and Fed Ex doesn't accept the same shipping label for 2 different boxes. Please respond! Thank you
@onekingslane the nightmare process of getting our order delivered a month late only for the 3k worth of items to be broken! So frustrating. Do not order from this company. We have to send these back and wait months again. Smh. Let’s see if you can rectify.
