WATCH: Inmates at Mbarara Main Prison have erupted in celebration after posting an impressive performance in the 2025 Uganda Certificate of Education (UCE) examinations. At the Mbarara Main Prison Inmates’ Secondary School, 12 candidates were registered for the examinations. All 12 sat for UCE and successfully qualified for the UCE certificate, marking a 100 percent pass rate.
