12 years ago, I broke my neck. Then doctors found a brain tumour at the base of my skull. And my spine bent by over 56 degrees. It was the best time of my life. Here’re 10 incredible lessons I learned:

I am confident, happy, healthy, and powerful. I deserve everything I want in life. I love myself unconditionally. I am competent, smart, and able. I love the person I am becoming. Every day I am becoming a better version of myself. Today is a great day to be alive!

Look for love in you, and you’ll find more things to love outside of you.
