This Disability in Sport Week, we’ve celebrated ability, championed inclusion, and highlighted the incredible work happening across Irish sport. However, participation rates for people with disabilities remain far below the national average - and change requires sustained commitment.
Sport Ireland is continuing to work closely with partners across the sector: increasing investment, supporting NGBs and LSPs, introducing new initiatives, and helping to drive the national conversation on access, opportunity, and inclusion.
