Disappointed with @ParcelHero — they promised a full refund if cancelled, but only a partial refund was issued, and they’ve been non-responsive. I wish I had booked directly with RoyalMail instead. First and last time I’ll be using #Parcelhero 🤢 Just sharing my experience!

@UPS Do not use @UPS or @ParcelHero Took insurance & both items were damaged by ups,they are claiming they are not packaged sufficiently. They have never been unpacked from when they were sent. Both packaged differently, both damaged shows a lack of care! Scam for @MartinSLewis

Would avoid anyone using @UPS @UPS_UK Sent an item, driver said it was fine as it was in the packaging it was delivered to me in. Took insurance & they are trying to decline the claim. Do not use them as both items got damaged but it's not their fault! #DeliverWhatMatters
