@ParcelHero why does the “appeal” link not work on your email about a “recalculation” of my shipping costs, which are going to cost me £130 instead of the £40 you quoted… AFTER the parcel has been delivered. Yet the “pay now” one works flawlessly… Weird that.

@ParcelHero is utterly dismal service part of your business ethos? I sent a parcel for next day delivery on the 28th Jan. still no sign of the parcel being delivered to my customer. I raised a query on your website about this on the 2nd Feb. I keep getting responses stating I’ll receive an update in 4 hours. 48 hours later still no meaningful update. No way to do at anyone either other than your automated emails? Further to that I booked a second parcel for collection yesterday. No one turned up to collect.
