@peakdesignltd I am trying to process a warranty replacement for my Capture Clip. I sent the support my receipt/proof of purchase, but I haven’t had a reply back in a week. I followed up multiple times… but nothing. Help?

@dariomartinezb We put them there so that people don’t cut them out (as folks do when tags get in the way) we are also planning to roll out “registration cards” for our bags which would make this easier in the future.

@peakdesignltd I love your products, but as someone that always registers my stuff, I'd like to suggest that you make it easier to get to the Serial# on the Everyday slings. I almost had to perform surgery on the 6L and 10L to get to the tiny hidden label, deep inside the pocket!

@HiIamClint Here's what our design team would suggest: Put a small amount of dish soap and water on one corner of the towel and lightly scrub the case. After that, wet a different corner of the towel with just water and wipe the case clean. Lastly, make sure to dry off the case.
