@card_guide @penguinprison PSA doesn’t grade sheet cut cards. Obviously some have slipped through but I don’t think someone could get the bowed cut right on them to look like factory cut cards.

Why Top Rated Seller Discount is not worth my time. By the numbers. On $100,000 of eBay sales, your FVF is $12,000. Your 10% FVF discount with TRS+ is $1,200. That is a savings of $3.29 per day as long as you ship within 24 hours. Not worth it to me on my volume.

@SlimReaperS7N @AJPreziosi @AARIPSBREAKS @CardPurchaser Completely disagree. I think SGC is the opposite of tough on grading. I’ve cracked SGC 9.5’s that have multiple surface scratches.

@AJPreziosi @AARIPSBREAKS @CardPurchaser SGC resell value is low and they’re tough on grading. There are a lot of people who think a sgc 10 is a nearly guaranteed psa 10. Dude probably bought it slabbed, cracked, replaced, and then resold it. Value raw can probably pass the $199 bulk requirement so grading is only 18

George Napolitano was kind enough to respond to my question about the Carnation Major League Wrestling Cards. He thinks Jim Bouton is who designed them and recalls giving him some photos to use to make cards for a few projects and thinks Carnation was one them. 🤔

@thecardpros SGC is a joke in my opinion. I’ve cracked SGC 9.5’s and to me they look like they could get PSA 7 or 8
