If Todd Blanche had the goods on James Comey, it would’ve been in the Indictment. When you come for Trump’s enemy with nothing but seashells, you’re not a prosecutor; you’re a puppet—and a punch line. Hope Comey never used a 🔥 emoji, or Blanche’s charging him with arson next.

Another disturbing firsthand testimony from the Epstein files: a 38-page complaint letter from a French victim. She alleges Jeffrey Epstein raped her starting at age 5, with involvement from Jean-Luc Brunel, Ghislaine Maxwell, and others in the network. She even sent her childhood photos on a USB stick to be compared to videos of the rape of children recovered from Saint James Island. On pages EFTA00079517-79518, she describes seeing “a man in a white tunic similar to the Saudi men” looking at her near the door during one incident when they had her dressed in a sadomasochistic outfit. A reminder that Virginia Giuffre’s public testimony in Nobody’s Girl talked about French girls, stating, “Jean-Luc Brunel allegedly sent Epstein three 12-year-old French girls (possibly triplets) as a birthday ‘gift.’ Epstein abused them, then put them on a plane back to France.” I wonder if the DOJ ever even tried to identify her based on the pictures she sent. Another reminder to not stop talking about the Epstein files!

Sen. @ChrisCoonsforDE: Is Trump eligible to run for a 3rd term under our Constitution? Trump Judge nominee: Um... I would have to... to review the- the actual wording-- Coons: The language of the 22nd Amendment makes it clear that no, he is not eligible to run for a 3rd term. Anybody else brave enough to say that the Constitution of the United States prevents President Trump from seeking a 3rd term? Trump Judge Nominees: … Coons: Nobody? Alright.

Republicans wanted to impeach Justice Sotomayor because they mistakenly thought Schumer's wife was her at a dinner with Democrats. All six conservative justices went to trump's state dinner. This is gorsuch on Fox and these Republicans have nothing to say.

FOX BUSINESS: The EPA is allowing the extension of gas flaring for natural gas operations, and that some argue is not great for emissions. Can you point to something where you have actually tightened regulations to make sure we have clean air? ZELDIN: So, we, uh, um, on the water space, we increased water quality standards FOX: It's important to note that the Trump administration has loosened regulations on the way wastewater is allowed to be disposed of near critical waterways

@ImBreckWorsham Can Paxton in Texas just did something very similar for his buddy who molested a boy for years. He went from the possibility of life in prison and being a registered sex offender to 30 days and not having to register. How about that? LAST WEEK. fox44news.com/news/local-new…

Utah Judge Catherine Conklin let convicted pedophile and former POLICE OFFICER Colten Scott Johansen off with just 30 days of home confinement, after Johansen pled guilty to sexually assaulting children and INFANTS, and was facing up to 45 years in jail. This represents EVERYTHING wrong with our judicial system.

We have a year’s worth of economic data since Liberation Day, when President Trump announced much higher tariffs on most imported goods and countries, and the data are definitive; the tariffs have done significant damage to the economy. Since that day, job growth has come to a standstill, with only the non-traded healthcare industry adding meaningfully to payrolls. Also, since that day, inflation has accelerated, with the consumer expenditure deflator increasing at a 3% year-over-year pace, up from 2.5% before the tariffs and well above the Federal Reserve’s target of 2%. And the trend lines don’t look good, especially as the economic fallout from the Iran War hits with full force. The higher energy and other commodity prices caused by the war threaten to do even more economic damage than the tariffs, further undermining growth and pushing inflation higher. The U.S. economy is resilient, but just how resilient is set to be tested.

The Trump administration released a 200-page report Thursday accusing Biden of anti-Christian bias for fining Liberty University and Grand Canyon University. The report left a few things out. Liberty's $14 million fine came after the school failed to properly report sexual assault data and mistreated survivors over a six-year period from 2016 to 2022. The Clery Act requires any college receiving federal money to collect and disclose campus crime data. Liberty didn't. Students who were assaulted at Liberty during those years and whose cases went mishandled - those are the people Biden's enforcement was protecting. The report calls that targeting Christians. Grand Canyon University's nonprofit battle started in 2019. Under Trump's first term. Betsy DeVos denied GCU's nonprofit conversion request because the school was too financially entangled with a publicly traded corporation. The Biden fine came later. The report does not mention this. It also does not mention that the second Trump administration quietly dropped the GCU fine and dismissed the consumer protection lawsuit after taking office. If your kid was assaulted at Liberty between 2016 and 2022, the enforcement this report calls religious persecution was the mechanism that held the school accountable for what happened to them. That protection is now framed as the problem.

Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth made a false claim in his testimony to the House on Wednesday. Then he repeated it in his testimony to the Senate on Thursday. Hegseth said Wednesday: “In 2024, troops were depl… – that was Joe Biden by the way, Joe Biden –  were deployed to polling locations in 15 states." He continued, "2024 – Joe Biden – troops deployed to polling locations in 15 states. Explain that one to me.” Here’s the explanation: Hegseth’s claim isn't true. Not only were all National Guard activations for the 2024 election done by individual states rather than Biden, all 11 states that responded to my inquiries said *no troops* there were sent to polling places. Rather, they said, Guard personnel were in other locations helping with election cybersecurity, doing other behind-the-scenes support work, or not actually activated for the election after all. Pete Hegseth falsely testified to both the House and the Senate last week that troops were deployed to voting places in 15 states under Joe Biden in 2024. Not only were all National Guard activations for the 2024 election ordered by individual states rather than Biden, all 11 states that responded to my inquiries told me that *zero troops* were sent to voting places. The Pentagon declined to comment. Fact check: cnn.com/2026/05/04/pol…

According to GovTrack’s Legislator Misconduct Database, at the end of his first term, Trump had already pardoned a majority of all Republican Congressmen convicted of felonies in the 21st century. His second term has been even wilder — all manner of corrupt, self-dealing frauds are getting passes:

Nobody can believe Trump’s $18 trillion investment number because it is fictional. The White House’s own “investment”-tracking website puts the figure at $10.5 trillion, not $18 trillion, and even that is wildly inflated — counting a whole bunch of vague pledges, non-pledges, and pledges that are about bilateral trade rather than investment in the US. cnn.com/2025/10/11/pol…
