Yaretzi Barrera was recognized at tonight’s ECISD Board meeting for earning third place in the Mexican American School Boards Association District Art Contest for her colored pencil piece titled “Hermana.” Her work also earned her a $500 scholarship. Congratulations, Yaretzi!
