New: Mbavu the Destroyer has filed a case at the Sports Disputes Tribunal (SDT) seeking the nullification of the results of their ‘street fight’. He claims the judges made a wrong call and is asking to be declared the winner and awarded the cash payout of Ksh3.5m, a car Toyota Voxy valued at Ksh4m, a Taro GP1 sport bike and the championship belt. Alternatively he seeks a rematch to be ordered. He has sued Majembe, Oga Obinna the event promoter and also added the Kenya Professional Boxing Commission (KPBC) as an interested party. The SDT has certified the matter as urgent and ordered for the same to be mentioned on 15th April 2026 (next Wednesday) when the Tribunal will issue further directions once responses to the claim are received.

Apparently this guy wasn't missing! Na ndio maana I hardly shkilia missing persons za watu wakubwa viile. After asking for an update, today I'm told that this case has even been reported to the DCI. Now, very allegedly, it’s a jilted lover that is behind this disappearance, the girl who didn’t want to be dumped. I smell some mchezo wa town and the guy may also be behind this (the relatives are distraught I can’t even tell them about this possibility. I hope he isn’t!

Young men, don't focus too much on National Politics and forget that your county needs YOU! From MPs, Governors, Senate, MCAs. I admire Murang'a county and I'd love to see my county Kitui look like that and better. Yesterday we had a meeting with the incoming governor Kitui County Dr. Makali Mulu, the man I believe will take Kitui to the next phase of growth. Youths must be part of the people forming the government because it's their future at stake!

Today I hosted Safina delegates from Meru County, and I left more certain than ever that the people are ready. Meru is the heartbeat of Kenya's agricultural economy. Yet the farmers who feed this nation continue to struggle, while those in power eat. This is not misfortune. This is theft. They have been greedy, stealing and eating, because they can see their own ship is sinking. And instead of steering it to safety, they are looting what remains. Let me give you one number that says everything: 81 shillings out of every 100 in sin tax goes directly to debt repayment. If we do not address this debt, we are cheating Kenyans. I refuse SHA. I refuse the Housing Levy. I refuse a system designed to squeeze the poor while protecting the corrupt. 7 trillion shillings of public money, from our banks, sits in government. It belongs to the people, and I intend to bring it back into the economy where it works for Kenyans. Banks should not be hiding behind government lending while citizens struggle. They should be looking for us to finance businesses, to support enterprise, to help build this country from the ground up. Banks in America lend at 3%. Why should Kenyans be crushed by rates that punish the very people trying to build a life? The problem is uchumi, the economy. And the answer is leadership that is bold enough to say so. On 26th–27th April, I am launching the Safina Meru office. My footprint in Meru is firmly on track, and nothing will stop this moment. I am running for president. Not to negotiate with the corrupt. Not to conform to a broken system. But to lead this country out of the darkness it has been kept in for too long. I do not abuse people. I do not hide behind confusion.
