@BulelwaMak @PicknPay @picknpayasap @Sixty60_Tweets Me too. I hadn’t used Pick ‘n Pay since around 2013 and thought to give them a try. I’ve used them thrice in the past week and had no issue with the past two instances. But when it mattered most they failed. They only delivered this morning almost 16 hours later.

I placed an order with @PicknPay, and more than an hour after the promised delivery time, it still has not arrived. There has been no communication or update from their side. 😤 The last time I used their delivery service was in 2013, following an equally poor experience. I decided to give them another opportunity, having grown accustomed to the efficiency and reliability of their competitor @CheckersSA’s @Sixty60_Tweets . Regrettably, this has only reinforced my earlier (decade old) impression. At this point, it is now exactly 90 minutes past the scheduled delivery time, and given that their stores do not operate beyond 20:00, the likelihood of fulfilment appears increasingly uncertain. Birthday eve dinner and the Bafana Bafana friendly game watch party — both spoiled after ordering and paying for supplies online, only for the delivery not to arrive. Some retailers would do well to focus on their core in-store offering rather than overextending into delivery services at the expense of basic customer care. Ja, neh?!

Dear @PicknPay @picknpayasap, I trust you are well. It has now been over 6.5 hours since my grocery order was confirmed, with delivery promised by 19:30. As reflected in the attached timestamp, this commitment has not been met, and no communication has been forthcoming. While the order itself may have been modest, the expectation of reliability and convenience remains fundamental. The failure to deliver — without notice — has caused significant inconvenience and frustration. I request urgent clarity on the status of my order, and appropriate remedial action. Pretty #ASAP ? PS: I had rather confidently declared a public campaign to vanquish these mosquitoes — who now appear emboldened, perhaps even informed, by the non-arrival of the very instrument meant for their demise. Jou vabond! 🦟🦟

@PicknPay You make it sound easy, but it isn't. My FNB card was automatically linked to my Smartshopper (SS) card without me doing anything, but my daughter (22) cannot link her FNB card to her SS card. Tried everything. FNB App:eBucks:Partners:PicknPay and then...., no space for numbers
