Last year... in May of 2025, the NC State Bureau of Investigation sent Harnett County a cybertip about Ronald Wayne Lynch, possible child se*ual abuse material. NO CHARGES WERE FILED. In MAY 2026... 1 FULL YEAR LATER ...a second cybertip arrived. This time naming his husband, Joshua Lee Gilliam, in the r*pe of a five-year-old and the grooming of a fifteen-year-old. THEN charges were filed. For both men. Please read that again... a year went by. A year in which children remained in that household. What happened to those children in that year? The details of this case are so sickening and so horrifying I have had to walk away from my laptop. Truly the most vile things I've ever read in my life, bar none.
