“Would you do the PIRATE Summit journey all over again?” That's a question I get from time to time. In a podcast I gave a surprising answer. I wrote about it on arrr .co.

Just stumbled upon this @PIRATESummit shirt design. I found it in a 2015 brainstorming folder. It never got published. Probably because it may come across as hustle culture (which we weren't).

"I don't have the time!" 🤷‍♀️ We hear and say it all the time. What we mean: "I don't have the energy!" or "I am not interested (enough)!" What looks like a time management problem, isn't. It's prioritizing yourself and your needs. It's not selfish; it's self-care.

This can lead to a continuous cycle of shame and disconnection, as we feel even more alone and unworthy. I spoke about this in the @PIRATESummit Burn speech. arrr.co/p/how-are-you-…

Look around you. What do you see? The universe playing bumper cars with your life? A blank canvas waiting for your brushstrokes? The world is as it is. But the way we perceive it shapes everything. A thread on perception. 🧵

This made my day. And it proves that the butterfly effect is real! 🦋 Every interaction, however small, has the potential to create positive ripples. A seemingly ordinary business event can lead to something life-changing for someone. Read the message I received today.
