@portlandgeneral i have an issue of PGE amd a stranger closing my account without even receiving a notive about it. Then 2-3 months later I am getting retroactively billed which I don't trust. I am trying a compromised solution and emailed and DM'd you about it but no response.

@portlandgeneral Your Pay Bill website page gave me this response after I paid my bill: "Your payment will be updated in sometime." Does this mean it will be updated sometime? Does this mean it will be updated in a few hours or days?

@portlandgeneral I believe your substation 122nd and Sunnyside is having issues. Low frequency humming the past 2 nights starting around 8:40pm. Can be heard between south of Kaiser and Mt Scott Elementary school.

We have been w/o power for an hour, @portlandgeneral. Initially the cause was unknown. Now I see on your website it’s due to maintenance & power restored at 4pm. NOT GOOD ENOUGH! No warning to let our neighborhood know. And you have nerve to raise our rates!

Why does PGE estimate my power usage for my bill when my power was out due to a storm? If there was no power coming to my meter it should reflect that and not need an estimate! @portlandgeneral
