‘26 | LHP | Merek Davenport (@TongieHigh; @KCKbaseball) The 6-foot-6, 215-pound physically imposing lefty punched out 11, scattering 3 hits and 2 ER over 6.1 IP to earn the win FB: 82-85, T86 CB: 67-71

‘29 | INF | Tuff Rush (@TongieHigh) A standout this preseason, Rush has made an immediate impact this spring for the Chieftains. Has been all over the barrel today, following up a go-ahead 2R HR with this RBI 1B here.

‘27 | INF | Everett Holland (@TongieHigh) Bangs a ball off the scoreboard in LCF for a game tying 2R HR. Reliable up the middle defender that continues to add polish and power at the plate.

2026 Ethan Carswell @ethancarswell07 (@BVBaseballCoach, @USC_Baseball) pokes one through the right side for a leadoff single to start the 7th. The BV shortstop put on a baserunning clinic, stealing 2nd before forcing an errant pickoff on which he would score all the way from 2nd. @PrepBaseballKS

Jack Euston (@JackEuston08) comes through again for Blue Valley, this time lining a ball the other way for an RBI single to pad the lead in the 5th. @PrepBaseballKS

‘28 | INF | Bryton Baty (@TAKnightsBSB) High motor athlete played with polish and poise beyond his years, setting the tone out of the leadoff spot for the Knights. Consistently put pressure on the defense, singling here and adding 3 SB.
