For more advanced credit models, the stack can go further with FHE, Fully Homomorphic Encryption. FHE allows computation on encrypted data. You can receive a credit score or risk tier without anyone seeing your underlying records. In practice: zkTLS proves authenticity of inputs. FHE or ZK circuits enable private scoring and aggregation. Some builders are already exploring how this can power the next generation of onchain lending.

(Lack of) Privacy may the missing link for crypto payments adoption. Imagine, a company pays employees in crypto on-chain. With the current state of crypto, you can pretty much see how much everyone in the company is paid (by clicking the from address). 🤷♂️
