SFAL was established to strengthen India’s fabless semiconductor ecosystem by enabling startups to build products, IPs and deep-tech innovation from Karnataka. Since inception, SFAL has accelerated over 100 SMEs, incubated 50+ startups, fostered 200+ innovations, developed over 10 IPs and trained more than 500 skilled engineers.

ಅವರು ಸ್ಥಾಪಿಸಿದ IIT, IIM, IISc, AIMS ನಂತಹ ಉನ್ನತ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು, ISRO - HAL ನಂತಹ ದೈತ್ಯ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳು, ಅಣೆಕಟ್ಟುಗಳು ಇಂದಿಗೂ ದೇಶದ ಅಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿಯ ಜೀವಾಳವಾಗಿವೆ. ಇಂತಹ ಮಹಾನ್ ನಾಯಕರಾದ ಜವಾಹರ್ಲಾಲ್ ನೆಹರು ಅವರ ಪುಣ್ಯಸ್ಮರಣೆಯಂದು ಅವರು ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ ಕೊಡುಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ಮರಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.

A 19-year-old cybersecurity researcher has alleged that CBSE’s digital evaluation system had serious vulnerabilities, including a hardcoded master password, weak OTP checks and possible account takeover risks.
This is the same system used to digitally evaluate scanned board exam answer sheets.
CBSE may say the claims are not confirmed yet. But the question is simple:
How can a system handling the academic future of lakhs of children have such basic security concerns in the first place?
Students already battle exam pressure, revaluation delays, portal crashes and marking errors. Now they are being asked to also trust insecure digital infrastructure.
India’s students deserve a system where marks are earned by merit, not endangered by negligence.
Besides being a cybersecurity concern, this is an education accountability crisis as well.

“No paper leak took place, only certain questions came out.”
The NEET paper leak did not merely expose a few questions.
It exposed the collapse of trust in India’s examination system.
For the privileged, a re-exam may be a minor inconvenience.
For a poor student, it means another bus ticket, another month of rent, another round of coaching expenses, and another sacrifice by the family.
For rural students, it means more travel, more uncertainty, and more anxiety.
For honest students, it means watching years of hard work being mocked by money, influence, and corruption.
The government remains arrogant by saying “only certain questions were out.”
Even one leaked question is an attack on merit.
Even one compromised exam is an injustice to every student who studied honestly.
This is not a small administrative error.
This is the future of India’s children being damaged by incompetence, corruption, and a government that refuses to take responsibility.

Had an engaging interaction with the leadership team of AMD India around Karnataka’s expanding semiconductor and advanced computing ecosystem.
AMD’s largest R&D centre outside the United States is based in Bengaluru, reflecting Karnataka’s importance in the company’s global engineering and innovation network and the strength of the state’s talent ecosystem.
We discussed opportunities around strengthening VLSI and semiconductor skilling, deeper industry collaboration and enabling the ecosystem to move further up the value chain from R&D to IP creation and advanced product development.
Given AMD’s leadership across graphics, processors and gaming hardware, we also exchanged thoughts on how the company can help guide and support the @ITBTGoK’s vision of building an annual gaming and esports platform anchored in Bengaluru.

Recently Met a delegation from the Netherlands led by Mr. Jan Reint Smit, Innovation Counsellor for Science, Technology and Innovation at the Netherlands Embassy in India. We had productive discussions on strengthening collaboration in semiconductors, cybersecurity, medtech, health sciences and water innovation.

ಮಾನ್ಯ @PriyankKharge ಅವರೇ, ಬೆಲೆ ಏರಿಕೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಹೇಳಿಕೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕೂಡ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಜನಪರ ಕಾಳಜಿ ಬದಲಿಗೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕೊಳಕು ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಮನಸ್ಥಿತಿಯೇ ಎದ್ದು ಕಾಣುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಸವಾಲುಗಳು, ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮ ಸನ್ನಿವೇಶಗಳು ಗೊತ್ತಿದ್ದರೂ, ದೇಶದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಯೋಚಿಸದೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಬೇಳೆ ಬೇಯಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳುವ @INCKarnataka ವರ್ತನೆ ಹೊಸದೇನಲ್ಲ. ತೈಲ ಬೆಲೆ ಏರಿಕೆ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ತೈಲ ಕಂಪನಿಗಳು, ಪಶ್ಚಿಮ ಏಷ್ಯಾ ಸಂಘರ್ಷದಿಂದಾಗಿ ಜಾಗತಿಕವಾಗಿ ಕಚ್ಚಾ ತೈಲ ಬೆಲೆ ಏರಿಕೆ, ಅನ್ಯದೇಶಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ತೈಲಬೆಲೆಗಳ ಏರಿಕೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಇವೆಲ್ಲವೂ ಗೊತ್ತಿದ್ದರೂ ಜನರನ್ನು ದಾರಿ ತಪ್ಪಿಸಲು ನಿಮ್ಮ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ವ್ಯರ್ಥ ಪ್ರಯತ್ನವೇ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮುತ್ಸದ್ದಿತನವೆಂದು ಪ್ರದರ್ಶಿಸಬೇಡಿ. ಜನರಿಗೆ ಸತ್ಯ ಗೊತ್ತಿದೆ. ಪೆಟ್ರೋಲ್ ಬೆಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಶೇ 32% VAT ಯಾರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ವಸೂಲಿ ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿದೆ? ಹೇಗೂ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಹಣಕಾಸು ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ದೇಶಕ್ಕಿಂತಲೂ ಉತ್ತಮವಾಗಿದೆಯಲ್ಲವೇ? ಕೇಂದ್ರದ ಮೇಲೆ ಆರೋಪ ಮಾಡುವ ಮುನ್ನ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ವಾಟ್ ಯಾಕೆ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಿಲ್ಲ? ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಶ್ರೀ @narendramodi ಜೀ ಆಡಳಿತದ ಕಳೆದ 10 ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ, ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ 25 ಕೋಟಿ ಜನರನ್ನು ಬಡತನದಿಂದ ಮೇಲೆತ್ತಲಾಗಿದೆ; ಬಡವರಿಗಾಗಿ 5 ಕೋಟಿ ಮನೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿರ್ಮಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ದಶಕಗಳಿಂದ 'ಗರೀಬಿ ಹಠಾವೋ' ಎಂದು ಜನರನ್ನು ವಂಚಿಸಿಕೊಂಡೇ ಬಂದ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ಸಿಗರ ಸ್ಲೋಗನ್ ಸಾಧನೆಯನ್ನು ಜನರು ಚೆನ್ನಾಗಿ ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಂಡದ್ದಕ್ಕೆ ಇವತ್ತು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಷ್ಟು ಹೀನಾಯ ಹಂತದಲ್ಲಿದೆ. ಈ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುವ ಕಿಂಚಿತ್ ನೈತಿಕತೆ ಕೂಡ ನಿಮ್ಮಲ್ಲಿ ಉಳಿದಿಲ್ಲ. ಅಷ್ಟಕ್ಕೂ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಖರ್ಗೆಯವರೇ, ದೇಶದ ಚಿಂತೆ ಮಾಡುವ ಮುನ್ನ, ಮೊದಲು, ನಿಮ್ಮನ್ನು ನಂಬಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರ ನೀಡುತ್ತಲೇ ಬಂದಿರುವ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯನ್ನು, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾನದಂಡಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಕೊನೆಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯತ್ತ, ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಅತ್ಯಂತ ಹಿಂದುಳಿದ ತಾಲೂಕುಗಳತ್ತ ಸ್ವಲ್ಪವಾದರೂ ಗಮನಹರಿಸಿ. ಆಮೇಲೆ ಇನ್ನೊಬ್ಬರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುವಿರಂತೆ! 32 ದೇಶಗಳ ಅತ್ಯುನ್ನತ ಗೌರವಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆದ ವಿಶ್ವನಾಯಕ ಆದರಣೀಯ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಮೋದಿ ಜೀ ರವರ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಅಸಹನೆ ಅರ್ಥವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದು ಆಕಾಶ ನೋಡಿ ಮೇಲೆ ಉಗಿದಂತೆ! ಭಾರತ ಜಾಗತಿಕ ಸವಾಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿರುವಾಗ, ಪ್ರಾದೇಶಿಕ ವಾದವನ್ನು ಮಂಡಿಸಿದ್ದೀರಿ! ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಾವೂ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಪಡುತ್ತೇವೆ. ಆದರೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಕುತರ್ಕದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ನಮ್ಮ ಆಕ್ಷೇಪವಿದೆ. ರಾಜ್ಯದ ಜಿಡಿಪಿಗೆ ಶೇ 40ರಷ್ಟು ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡುವ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನ ರಸ್ತೆಗಳು, ನೀರು, ಒಳಚರಂಡಿ, ಸಾರಿಗೆ ಯಾರ ಆಡಳಿತದಲ್ಲಿ ಹದಗೆಟ್ಟಿವೆ? ಯಾಕೆ? ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಿಂದ ಅಷ್ಟು ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿರುವ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿಗೆ ಎಷ್ಟು ತಿರುಗಿ ನೀಡಿದೆ? ನಿಮ್ಮ UPA ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ (2004-2014) ಕರ್ನಾಟಕಕ್ಕೆ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನೀಡಿದ್ದು 81,795 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. NDA ಕಾಲ (2014-2024) ರಾಜ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ನೀಡಿದ್ದು 2,85,452 ಕೋಟಿ ರೂ. 350% ಹೆಚ್ಚಳ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ಯಾವ ಸರ್ಕಾರ? ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ಹಿತ ಕಾಯ್ದದ್ದು ಮೋದಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ, ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ಹೆಸರಿನಲ್ಲಿ ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು, ಮಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವುದು ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್! ದೇಶದ ಸವಾಲಿನ ಸೂಕ್ಷ್ಮ ಸಂದರ್ಭಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಇಡೀ ದೇಶ ಒಂದಾಗಿ, ಒಗ್ಗಟ್ಟಿನಿಂದ ಮುನ್ನಡೆಯಬೇಕು ಎನ್ನುವುದನ್ನು ಎಂದಿಗೂ ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳದ ನಿಮ್ಮ ಪಕ್ಷದ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ಹೆಚ್ಚು ಏನು ಹೇಳುವುದು ಸಾಧ್ಯ? ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಎಂದಿಗೂ ತನ್ನ ಕೊಳಕು ರಾಜಕೀಯ ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಮೇಲೆ ಎದ್ದು ಬಂದಿಲ್ಲ! ಯಾವ ವಾಸ್ತವವನ್ನೂ ಪರಿಗಣಿಸದೆ ಕೇವಲ ನಿಮ್ಮ ರಾಜಕೀಯದ ಮೂಗಿನ ನೇರಕ್ಕೆ ಮಾತನಾಡುವ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ಸಿಗರಿಗೆ ಜನರೇ ತಕ್ಕ ಪಾಠ ಕಲಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ! #CongressFailsKarnataka #ZeroDevelopmentSarkara

ಜನತೆಗೆ ಬೆಲೆ ಏರಿಕೆ ಎಂಬ ಗಾಯ ಮಾಡಿದ ಮೋದಿ ಸರ್ಕಾರ, ಆ ಗಾಯದ ಮೇಲೆ ಅದೇ ಬೆಲೆ ಏರಿಕೆಯ ಬರೆಯನ್ನು ಎಳೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಕೆಲ ದಿನಗಳ ಹಿಂದೆ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಕಚ್ಚಾ ತೈಲದ ಸಂಗ್ರಹ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟಿದೆ ಎಂದಿದ್ದ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ, ಈಗ ಇಂಧನ ತೈಲಗಳ ಬಳಕೆ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಎನ್ನುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ದಿನಕ್ಕೊಮ್ಮೆ ಬೆಲೆ ಏರಿಕೆಯ ಬರೆ ಎಳೆಯುತ್ತಿದೆ.
ಕಳೆದ 13 ವರ್ಷಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಭಾರತಕ್ಕೆ ಮತ್ತು ಭಾರತೀಯರಿಗೆ ಒದಗಿದ ಮೋದಿ ಆಳ್ವಿಕೆಯ ದುರ್ದಿನಗಳಂತಹ ಪರಿಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಈ ದೇಶ ಹಿಂದೆಂದೂ ಕಂಡಿರಲಿಲ್ಲ.
ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಸಂಕಷ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಜನತೆಗೆ ಬೆಲೆ ಏರಿಕೆ ಎಂಬ ಬರೆಯನ್ನು ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಎಳೆಯುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ.
ಮೋದಿಯವರು ಕೇವಲ ಸ್ಲೋಗನ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆಯೇ ಹೊರತು ಜನಪರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ನಡೆಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ, ಅಚ್ಚೆ ದಿನ್, ವಿಶ್ವಗುರು, ಆತ್ಮ ನಿರ್ಭರ ಎಂಬ ಸ್ಲೋಗನ್ ಗಳು ವಾಸ್ತವವನ್ನಾಗಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗಿಲ್ಲ.
ಚುನಾವಣೆ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ "ವಾರ್ ರುಕ್ವಾ ದಿಯಾ" ಎಂಬ ಜಾಹಿರಾತು ನೀಡಿದ ಮೋದಿಯವರಿಗೆ ಮಧ್ಯಪ್ರಾಚ್ಯದ ಬಿಕ್ಕಟ್ಟಿನ ನಡುವೆ ಭಾರತದ ಹಿತ ಕಾಯ್ದುಕೊಳ್ಳುವ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಇಲ್ಲದಾಗಿದೆ.
ಮೋದಿಯವರು ವಿಶ್ವಗುರು ಆಗಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ಸತ್ಯವನ್ನು ಅವರ ಹೈಕಮಾಂಡ್ ಮೋಹನ್ ಭಾಗವತ್ ಅವರೇ ಹೇಳಿದ್ದಾರೆ!
"ವಿಶ್ವಗುರು"ವಾಗಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗದ ಪ್ರಧಾನಿ ಈಗ ದೇಶವಾಸಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಆತ್ಮ ನಿರ್ಭರ ಬದುಕು ನಡೆಸಿ ಎಂಬ ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡುತ್ತಿದ್ದಾರೆ!
ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರೈಸಿಸ್ ಇರುವುದು ಸಮರ್ಥ ನಾಯಕತ್ವದ್ದೇ ಹೊರತು ಇಂಧನ ತೈಲದ್ದಲ್ಲ.
ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ಬೆಲೆ ಏರಿಕೆಯ ಬಗ್ಗೆ ತುಟಿ ಬಿಚ್ಚದೇ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಸೆಸ್ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಿ ಎಂಬ ಬಿಟ್ಟಿ ಉಪದೇಶ ನೀಡುವ @BJP4Karnataka ನಾಯಕರು ಉತ್ತರಿಸಲಿ, ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಆಡಳಿತದ ಯಾವ ರಾಜ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೆಸ್ ಕಡಿಮೆ ಮಾಡಲಾಗಿದೆ? ಮಧ್ಯಪ್ರದೇಶ, ಮಹಾರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ, ಉತ್ತರ ಪ್ರದೇಶ, ರಾಜಸ್ತಾನದಂತಹ ಬಿಜೆಪಿ ಆಳ್ವಿಕೆಯ ರಾಜ್ಯಗಳಿಗೆ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರ ಹಿತ ಮುಖ್ಯವಾಗಿಲ್ಲವೇ? ದೇಶದ ಹಿತ ಕಾಯುವ ಕೆಲಸ ಕೇವಲ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕದ ಜವಾಬ್ದಾರಿಯೇ?
ತೆರಿಗೆ ಪಾವತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ, ಐಟಿ,ಬಿಟಿ ರಫ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ, GST ಸಂಗ್ರಹದಲ್ಲಿ ಸೇರಿದಂತೆ ಹಲವು ವಿಷಯಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ದೇಶಕ್ಕೆ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ನೀಡುವುದರಲ್ಲಿ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕವೇ ಮುಂಚೂಣಿ ರಾಜ್ಯವಾಗಿದೆ.
ದೇಶ ಕಟ್ಟುವಲ್ಲಿ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರ ಕೊಡುಗೆ ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಸಾಕಷ್ಟಿದೆ, ಇನ್ನೂ ಸಹ ಕನ್ನಡಿಗರೇ ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರದ ವೈಫಲ್ಯದ ಹೊರೆ ಹೊರಬೇಕೇ?

ಕಲಬುರಗಿ ಜಿಲ್ಲೆಯ ವಾಡಿ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಯ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ರಾಷ್ಟ್ರೀಯ ಹೆದ್ದಾರಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರೂಜರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಲಾರಿ ನಡುವಿನ ಭೀಕರ ಅಪಘಾತದಲ್ಲಿ ಕ್ರೂಜರ್ ಗಾಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿದ್ದ ಇಂಗಳಗಿ ಗ್ರಾಮದ ಐವರು ಸ್ಥಳದಲ್ಲೇ ಮೃತರಾಗಿರುವ ವಿದ್ರಾವಕ ಸುದ್ದಿಯು ಮನಸಿನಲ್ಲಿ ತಲ್ಲಣವನ್ನುಂಟುಮಾಡಿದೆ.
ಭಾರವಾದ ಮನಸ್ಸಿನಿಂದಲೇ ಮೃತರ ಆತ್ಮಕ್ಕೆ ಶಾಂತಿ ಕೋರುತ್ತೇನೆ, ಮೃತರ ಕುಟುಂಬ ವರ್ಗವು ಧೈರ್ಯ ತಂದುಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು ಎಂದಷ್ಟೇ ಈಗ ಹೇಳಬಹುದಾದ ಸಮಾಧಾನದ ಮಾತುಗಳು.
ಈ ಕುರಿತು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ್ದೇನೆ, ನಾನು ಮತ್ತು ಜಿಲ್ಲಾಡಳಿತವು ಮೃತರ ಕುಟುಂಬದವರ ಅಗತ್ಯ ನೆರವಿಗೆ ಪೂರ್ಣ ಸಹಕಾರ ನೀಡಲಿದ್ದೇವೆ.
ವರ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರೀತಿಪಾತ್ರರ ಅಗಲಿಕೆ ಭರಿಸುವ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಮೃತರ ಕುಟುಂಬ ಸಿಗುವಂತಾಗಲಿ ಎಂದು ಆಶಿಸುತ್ತೇನೆ.

ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣಾಭಿವೃದ್ಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪಂಚಾಯತ್ ರಾಜ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಇ-ಸ್ವತ್ತು 2.0 ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶದ ಪ್ರಗತಿ ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಹಲವು ನಿರ್ದೇಶನಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಯಿತು.
ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಭಾಗದ ನಾಗರಿಕರಿಗೆ ಆಸ್ತಿ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸುಲಭವಾಗಿ ಒದಗಿಸುವ ನಿಟ್ಟಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಇತ್ತೀಚೆಗೆ ಚಾಲನೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗಿದ್ದ 'ಇ-ಸ್ವತ್ತು 2.0' ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶ ಮತ್ತು ನಿಯಮಾವಳಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಕಂಡುಬಂದಿದ್ದ ಪ್ರಮುಖ ನ್ಯೂನತೆಗಳನ್ನು ಈಗಾಗಲೇ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಹಾಗೂ ವಿವಿಧ ವಲಯಗಳಿಂದ ಬಂದ ಬೇಡಿಕೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ನಿಯಮಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಮಾರ್ಪಾಡುಗಳನ್ನು ತಂದು, ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಇದ್ದ ತಾಂತ್ರಿಕ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಾನೂನಾತ್ಮಕ ಅಡಚಣೆಗಳನ್ನು ನಿವಾರಿಸಿ, ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರಿಗೆ ಅನುಕೂಲ ಮಾಡಿಕೊಡಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಈ ಹಿಂದೆ ಕಂದಾಯ ಇಲಾಖೆಯ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳಿದ್ದರೂ ಇ-ಸ್ವತ್ತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ನಮೂನೆ ಪಡೆಯಲು ಎದುರಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ತೊಂದರೆಯನ್ನು ನಿವಾರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಇನ್ನು ಮುಂದೆ ಕರ್ನಾಟಕ ಭೂ-ಕಂದಾಯ ಅಧಿನಿಯಮದಡಿ ವಿತರಿಸಲಾದ ಹಕ್ಕುಪತ್ರಗಳು, ಮನೆದಳ ಮತ್ತು ಕಣಮನೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರಗಳ ಮೂಲಕವೂ ನಮೂನೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ನೇರ ಅವಕಾಶ ಕಲ್ಪಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ನೋಂದಾಯಿತ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳಿಲ್ಲದ ಕಾರಣ ಇ-ಸ್ವತ್ತು ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯಿಂದ ಹೊರಗುಳಿದಿದ್ದ ಆಸ್ತಿಗಳ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಹರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ:
➧ ಕೃಷಿ ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ವಾಸಿಸುವ/ಕೃಷಿ ಉದ್ದೇಶದ ಮೂಲ ಮಾಲೀಕರ ಕಟ್ಟಡಗಳು
➧ ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ವಸತಿ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಡಿ ಕೃಷಿ ಭೂಮಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೃಜನೆಯಾಗಿರುವ ಕಟ್ಟಡಗಳು
➧ ಗ್ರಾಮ ಠಾಣಾಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸೂಕ್ತ ನೋಂದಾಯಿತ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳಿಲ್ಲದ ಕಟ್ಟಡಗಳು
➧ ಅರಣ್ಯ ಹಕ್ಕು ಕಾಯ್ದೆಯಡಿ ಮಂಜೂರಾಗಿರುವ ಆಸ್ತಿಗಳನ್ನು ಇ-ಸ್ವತ್ತು 2.0 ತಂತ್ರಾಂಶದ ಮೂಲಕ ನಮೂನೆ ವಿತರಿಸಿ, ಗ್ರಾಮ ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿಯ ತೆರಿಗೆ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಗೆ ತರಲು ಕ್ರಮ.
ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳು ಪಂಚಾಯಿತಿ ಮಟ್ಟದಲ್ಲಿ ಅನಗತ್ಯವಾಗಿ ವಿಳಂಬವಾಗುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗೆ ಕಡಿವಾಣ ಹಾಕಲಾಗಿದೆ. ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳ ಇತ್ಯರ್ಥಕ್ಕಾಗಿ ಎಲ್ಲ ಹಂತಗಳಲ್ಲೂ ಕಟ್ಟುನಿಟ್ಟಾದ ಕಾಲಮಿತಿ ನಿಗದಿಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ನಿಗದಿತ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳದಿದ್ದರೆ 'ಸ್ವಯಂಚಾಲಿತ ಅನುಮೋದನೆ' ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆ ಜಾರಿಗೆ ಬರಲಿದೆ.
ಸಾರ್ವಜನಿಕರು ತಮ್ಮ ಆಸ್ತಿಗೆ ಹೊಸದಾಗಿ 'ನಮೂನೆ-11ಬಿ' ಪಡೆಯಲು ಎದುರಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದ ಕಾಲಮಿತಿಯ ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಹರಿಸಲಾಗಿದ್ದು, ಮೇಲ್ಮನವಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಅವಧಿಯನ್ನು 30 ಸೆಪ್ಟೆಂಬರ್, 2026 ರವರೆಗೆ ವಿಸ್ತರಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ.
ಈ ಮಹತ್ವದ ಬದಲಾವಣೆಗಳಿಂದಾಗಿ ಗ್ರಾಮೀಣ ಭಾಗದ ಲಕ್ಷಾಂತರ ಜನರಿಗೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಆಸ್ತಿ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳ ದಾಖಲೆ ಇ-ಸ್ವತ್ತು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಇದ್ದ ಗೊಂದಲಗಳನ್ನು ಸರಿಪಡಿಸಲಾಗಿದೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಕಚೇರಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಲೆಯುವುದನ್ನು ತಪ್ಪಿಸಲು ಕ್ರಮ ಕೈಗೊಳ್ಳಲಾಗಿದೆ.
