GOVERNANCE UPDATE ❎ Proposal #102 and Proposal #103 have passed on Provenance Pulse, both with 100% approval from participating validators and delegators. Over 13 billion HASH was staked across both proposals, highlighting strong community participation and alignment. #103 — Prime Vault Smart Contract Enables asset contributors to deposit assets (primarily loans) and receive collateral tokens, unlocking borrowing via Democratized Prime while maintaining redemption rights. #102 — Flat-fees Update Adjusts the conversion factor to $0.015/HASH to better reflect the current market price.
