@pura what is happening at Pura warehouses?! On 1/9 ordered a Rose Oud and on 1/24 got some Fir scent I hate. Then I got my order FROM 12/27 TODAY 1/31 and ALL the scents have leaked everywhere, it’s such a huge mess I didn’t even want to save them. I’m SO MAD.$75 in the trash.

@pura still no response to my original tweet? It’s literally been hours. How do is get in contact with you? You have no phone number, no live chat - I got an email thanking me for my order and yet I ordered nothing from you!! Respond. What a terrible business model.

@pura I just got three of your devices and two of them stopped working within two days. Tried moving to a different outlet, resetting (hard/soft) and no luck. Looks like no power is getting to it. I’m super bummed. Reached out via phone, email, and text without a response. Help!!
