@purecremation phoning potential customers at 7:45pm isn’t going to gain you customers. Me and my husband won’t be registering with you. You’ve hounded us relentlessly since we made enquiries. Calling late in the evening is the last straw!

@purecremation I contacted your service when a customer of yours, paid in full in advance,passed away. Your call handler demanded I inform her of his weight and height. And, that the body wouldn't be collected if she didn't have that information. Are you serious? Weight &height of a deceased?

@purecremation on your tv advert with the actress talking about her 'dad', what stands out is the word 'hated'. It's a horrible word 'hate' & never used in advertising campaigns. Makes her 'dad' sound an aggressive type' & probably better off underground. 'Disliked' is better.
