@QuicklineUK Nearly 15 hours without broadband in YO25 4ST area. Not good enough quickline! Get full fibre broadband they said it'll be double the speeds of your part-fibre Vodafone broadband. I chose the 200mbps package, meant to be 3.5 times faster. Nope.

@QuicklineUK For what ever reason things still aren’t fixed. Your engineer was here all afternoon. Doesn’t feel like we’re any closer to a resolution, getting close to a week without service. No sign of Quickline escalating or putting any sort of process in place to resolve.
