@rbo_org last night performance of Turandot was magnificent. What a shame that after paying over £300 a ticket the lady in the row in front spent the show on her phone! Even when requested not to she continued! Some people have no respect sadly.

@rbo_org @italyheaven Booking system is absolutely failing for me too! Sitting here now after 30 minute queue, and the seat map isn't loading for any of the events I want to book. So frustrating!

OMG @rbo_org please fix the booking system! Will we ever get one that works? Tickets vanished from basket, website freezing, automatic signing out, incorrect rehearsal ticket allocation, and that's after the endless wait to get in... About to give up.
