Maybe this is crazy but $cRETF was one of the first tokens on Solana with real utility in the Real Estate space. And when we say real, we mean actually distributing profits from real estate operations to holders. In October 2025, we executed the private pre-sale of the ETF, selling spots ranging from $ 10k to $ 50k with an entry discount. At that point, we thought, why not tokenize one of those positions for holders who can’t commit that amount? That led us to launch a token representing that position for users. Through this, we raised $ 25k, and after 6 months the positions were closed, resulting in users achieving up to 44% APY through arbitrage, exceeding what was originally promised. This entire process helped us better understand our community, and also gave us valuable lessons that, as a project, we will respect going forward and recommend others follow: 1. This type of tokenization is only viable for projects that do NOT have a parallel token. Due to the natural hype before a token launch, the community thought we were extracting value through a separate token, and for a moment RECC was perceived as a dual-token project. That wasn’t true, but it still hurt our credibility. 2. Because of this, we chose not to market it, as it could have been seen as value extraction. But in hindsight, we actually built something meaningful and tested a healthy mechanism for the ecosystem alongside @collaterize. We experimented with new technology that ultimately helped allocate funds into real estate. 3. Even as a Real Estate project, a 6-month static tokenized position is too long-term for this type of setup. These tokens should have been integrated into a staking system and held in a treasury to maintain positions, since the purpose wasn’t purely speculative. Due to price averages, some holders perceived lower profits despite supporting the project. All of this helps us grow as a project. We’re approaching our 1-year mark, we’ve built a strong community that supports us, with members who have been here for over a year, and a protocol that has reached an ATH of $ 500k. Our next step is to increase utility and push toward $ 1M in the short term.

We’re introducing RECC Staking, with two different pools built around two different roles inside the protocol: $RECC for governance, and $RETF for exposure to our tokenized real estate ETF. If you stake $RECC, you’re locking the governance asset of the protocol. That means you’re committing to the long term direction of RECC while earning rewards and accumulating Bricks over time. This pool has 3 tiers: 30 days, 90 days, and 180 days. The longer the lock, the stronger the alignment and the better the reward structure. - Tier 1 earns 0.35 Bricks per day per USD staked - Tier 2 earns 0.50 Bricks per day per USD staked - and Tier 3 earns 0.75 Bricks per day per USD staked. On top of that, Tier 3 also adds an extra 7% APY in $RECC on the amount staked during those 180 days. If you stake $RETF, you’re locking the core yield product of the protocol, our tokenized real estate ETF. Because $RETF is the main product inside RECC, it earns more Bricks than $RECC staking. This pool also has 3 tiers, but with longer lockups: 90 days, 180 days, and 365 days. - Tier 1 earns 1.25 Bricks per day per USD staked - Tier 2 earns 1.75 Bricks per day per USD staked, and - Tier 3 earns 2.50 Bricks per day per USD staked. Tier 3 also includes an extra 2.5% APY in $RETF on the staked amount during those 365 days. Bricks are accumulated daily for as long as your tokens remain staked. The USD value of your stake is multiplied by the Brick rate of the tier you selected. That means larger positions earn more Bricks, higher commitment tiers earn more Bricks, and $RETF earns more Bricks than $RECC because it represents the main product of the protocol. In both pools, Tier 3 is the highest earning tier. The user flow is straightforward. You connect your wallet, choose between the $RECC pool or the $RETF pool, select the lock tier you want, enter the amount, and sign the transaction. Your tokens are then locked in the contract, Bricks start accumulating daily and appear in the dashboard, and when the lock period ends you can unstake and claim your rewards. If you were in Tier 3, the extra token reward is automatically sent to your wallet as well. In short, RECC Staking is designed to reward long term alignment. Shorter locks give flexibility, longer locks give better Brick emissions, stronger reward capture, and in Tier 3, an additional APY paid directly in the asset you staked. $RECC is for governance alignment. $RETF is for product alignment. Both are now part of the same staking system.
