RSS believes that continuous and comprehensive dialogue with all these groups will definitely help in clearing the misconceptions, misgivings, or if there are any fears, that will definitely be clarified. On modernization and tradition pull in different directions and how RSS sees these impulses, General Secretary of RSS Dattatreya Hosabale says “while there may be occasional tensions, both modernization and cultural values can exist together. Adaptation would be required. This is symbolized by the Banyan tree, with strong and deep roots every season it also grows new roots and fruits. Japan, China, India have largely modernized without disconnecting with the cultural roots.”

Hindu philosophy and Hindu culture doesn't allow supremacy. Because we see that the whole world as one family, and all are our brothers and sisters. Then there is no question of supremacy. We see the oneness in everybody.
