What is the solution for this ?

Now, my question is that, lakhs of people are getting harassed regularly in this way(the term used “transaction failure”)

Asking for the return, the beneficiary company will reply that the fund will be returned by 7 days or so

Finding the fact, you will find, the ticket originally not generated, while the money is transferred to the beneficiary account.

In Online Rail Reservation, while payment processing thru payment gateway, often payment deducted from bank a/c but the ticket not generated
