🚨 BREAKING Amazon workers at the DJT6 warehouse in Riverside, California — one of Amazon's largest facilities in the country — have successfully organized with the Teamsters and are demanding Amazon recognize their union. Workers began their unionization efforts with the Teamsters earlier this week by staging a midnight walkout during the holiday peak season, when Amazon workers experience increased workloads and more dangerous working conditions. DJT6 is now the fifth Amazon facility in Southern California to join the Teamsters, along with the KSBD Air Hub in San Bernardino, DFX4 in Victorville, DAX5 in City of Industry, and DAX8 in Palmdale.

This morning, Amazon Teamsters and allies rallied in front of the DBK1 facility in Woodside, Queens, demanding that Amazon recognize the more than 200 drivers who unionized with the Teamsters this week. Workers are calling for fair pay, safer working conditions, and for Amazon to follow the law by ending its illegal union-busting and coming to the table to negotiate a strong Teamsters contract. The Teamsters Union will organize Amazon — and workers will secure the rights, respect, wages, benefits, and job protections they’ve earned.

Amazon is quietly trying to shove thru a massive "sub same day" or "SSD" warehouse in Akron Ohio. They want to make this a gig worker "flex" site and developer says that workers have the same benefits as the CEO. It's sickening how Amazon is gonna bully itself into Akron again.

Protesters picketed outside a busy Whole Foods Market in Northwest Washington, DC, asking shoppers and passersby to boycott the grocery chain and Amazon, both owned by billionaire Trump ally Jeff Bezos, who profits from Amazon’s cloud and digital infrastructure that supports surveillance and data collection for ICE raids against immigrants. As the holiday season gets underway DC families are still impacted by the Trump administration’s unprecedented halt of federal SNAP food assistance earlier this month, as well as by tariffs and other priorities of the billionaire agenda that are driving up prices of food, electricity and other basic living costs, according to Keya Chatterjee, executive director of Free DC, which organized the action in coalition with other community organizations. She added that Free DC is also urging boycotts of Home Depot and Target stores, and encouraging people to shop at local businesses instead.
