@RamTrucks waiting 3+ weeks for a bumper for my 26' RHO. The date keeps sliding, trucks been sitting at dealership. Why can't we get the parts? What's the point of buying a truck and not able to make repairs when needed?

I love my @RamTrucks but their body material is trash. My truck’s 6-7 years old & the wheel well body metal is already rusting & some of the paint chipped off. Just garbage & unacceptable for something that’s only 6-7 years old. An issue Ram has ignored for a long time

@RamTrucks Is it with parts that breaks down like the ABS module and have to wait bloody months to get a new one for $525 which RAM should give for free since you brought it from a manufacture in Mexico that known for making bad parts.
I ordered a 2026 Ram in March. The truck is fully built sitting at Sterling Heights indefinitely waiting on a spray-in bedliner no ETA. My dealer #ExtremeDodge has gone above and beyond to get my truck yet given no resolution offered @RamTrucks@StellantisNA can someone help?

@RamTrucks I purchased a brand new vehicle, has less than 6,000 miles on it and the driver side floor mat is just coming apart with a giant hole in it and getting bigger. Is this covered under warranty?

@RamTrucks '26 1500 bought 4/17 - 700 miles, bad etorque, at the dealership for TWO WEEKS with NO ESTIMATED REPAIR date, part on INDEFINITE backorder, but you're still building new ones. There's a part out there. We've contacted EVERYONE w/no assistance at all. FIX OUR TRUCK!
@RamTrucks 49 week wait for recall fix in Austin TX for my 2026 1500! Unacceptable and should be grounds for class action. Fix your processes before you roll out new. 🤬
