Mr Ramaphosa being held accountable and sanctioned for his wrongdoings would send the right message in our country. The culture of impunity has led to high levels of criminality, corruption and underdevelopment. If a Head of State can be fully held accountable, other people in public service would be fearful of doing wrong.
