Filming a documentary about myself was pretty surreal and even more so during a pandemic! We started this whole thing in 2020 and did a lot of interviews and prep stuff over zoom...

This Day: 1967. Frank Gillard announced the new 1,2,3,4 names for BBC radio. 'A great deal of thought' had been given to the new names, 'so they would not become outdated, as had present titles'. Radio 1 would have 'some of the characteristics of commercial radio' #radiomoments
